Vitality Sessions for PTSD, Trauma, and Nervous System Recovery

Trauma lives in the body — not just the mind.

Trauma patterns are stored in the limbic brain and in fascia — the body’s connective tissue

The fascia communicates with the nervous system in microseconds — faster than thought

When trauma is stored here, it creates hypervigilance, chronic pain, insomnia, anger, and emotional flooding

Craniosacral therapy + sound tuning regulate the vagus nerve, calm the brainstem, and allow the body to feel safe again

Many of my clients come to me carrying deep, unresolved trauma:
veterans, survivors of abuse, and those who’ve lived with chronic fear or emotional overwhelm.

Traditional talk therapy can be powerful, but trauma that lives in the fascia, nervous system, and energetic body often needs another way out.

My work is rooted in craniosacral therapy, sound healing, and vibrational tuning — powerful tools for gently reorganizing the body’s trauma response without re-triggering emotional collapse or shutdown.

What Clients Experience:

“I haven’t felt this calm in years.”

“It was like something left my body that was never mine.”

“I didn’t react in rage for the first time in weeks.”

“It felt like coming home to myself.”

This work does not push. It listens.
There are no goals except presence and permission.
And from that space, the nervous system begins to choose peace.

You Are Not Broken. Your Body Remembers Safety.

These sessions don’t ask you to talk or relive your trauma.
They ask your body what it’s ready to release — and gently follow its wisdom.

I walk beside you with full compassion, care, and reverence for what you’ve carried.
